Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met. gpreya monitors player accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and coordinated play across accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, gpreya reserves the right to void bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and in serious cases terminate the account.
One offer per player: Welcome bonuses are available once per player, household, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome offer multiple times is considered bonus abuse.
The availability of specific games on gpreya may change from time to time due to technical maintenance, provider updates, or regulatory requirements. gpreya does not guarantee that any particular game will be available at all times. Players will be notified of scheduled maintenance where possible.
In the event of a game disruption, software malfunction, or connectivity failure during an active betting round on gpreya, the outcome of the affected round will be determined based on the last confirmed game state saved on the gpreya server. If a bet cannot be confirmed, the wager will be returned to the player's account. gpreya is not liable for losses attributed to player-side internet or device failures.
